DAY
1 NAIROBI -NAKURU
Leave Nairobi, drive into the great Rift Valley onto lake Nakuru
national park for game drive, famous for its millions flamingoes
and other birds and animals. famous for its black and white rhinos.
Dinner and overnight at Nakuru.
DAY
2 NAKURU-KISUMU
Depart Nakuru after breakfast to Kericho the land of tea. Take
a walk through the plantation then drive via Lwanda Magere (Luo
warrior) who was killed by Kipsigis warrior during their war died
and turned into a stone some centuries back. Then continue to
Kisumu for dinner and overnight.
DAY
4 KAKAMEGA- SAIWA SWAMP NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast take a short walk through the forest, drive via
Webuye to Kitale for lunch. Then proceed to Saiwa swamp national
park for game walk in search of birds and animals such as Sitatunga
antelope, monkeys etc. Drive back to Kitale or Mt. Elgon for dinner
and overnight.
DAY
5 MT. ELGON NATIONAL PARK
Drive to the park gate then proceed for game walk / drive. Visit
the caves Makingeny, Chepnyali, Ngwarisha and Kitum (the place
for ceremonies ) 200 m into the mountain. This unspoilt game reserve
is the home of about 300 elephants, buffalos, leopard, giant forest
hog, colobus monkeys etc.
DAY
6 MT. ELGON - NAIROBI
Those who want to climb can be left to climb to Koitobos the highest
peak on Kenyan side about 4,200 m. After breakfast, drive takes
you past Eldoret for lunch onto Nairobi.

DAY1: NAIROBI
- AMBOSELI

hours: Leave Nairobi and drive through Masai Plains to Amboseli
for lunch at Amboseli Serena Lodge. Afternoon game drive
dinner and overnight at lodge built in the manner of Maasai mud
huts and blending beautifully into the scenery of this wildlife
sanctuary.
DAY
2: AMBOSELI
06.30 hours: Early morning game drive to try and catch a
glimpse of the elusive wildlife in the background of the majestic
Mount Kilimanjaro with its snow covered peak. 10.30 hours: After
breakfast proceed for a further game drive.16.30 hours: After
lunch a short relaxation at the swimming pool or in your room
we proceed on yet another game drive before dinner and overnight
at the lodge.
DAY
3: AMBOSELI - TREE HOTEL
06.30 hours: An early pre-breakfast game drive then back
to the lodge for breakfast before departing the Amboseli for Mountain
Lodge in the forest of Mt. Kenya. Lunch is taken in Nairobi
and the evening is spent viewing game as they come to drink at
the salt lick that fronts this bee lodge. Dinner and overnight
at lodge.
DAY
4: TREE HOTEL - SWEETWATERS
09.00 hours: Leave after breakfast this lodge that is built
on stilts and continue to the private wildlife ranch of sweetwaters.
After lunch at the Luxury Tented Camp we proceed to the only Chimpanzee
sanctuary in Kenya located within this expansive wildlife reserve.
The reverine forest and Savannah grassland is home to over 26
orphaned chimps including a wide variety of other wildlife species
such as rhino, buffalo, antelope, zebra and giraffe. Dinner
and overnight at the Sweetwaters Tented Camp.
DAY
5: SWEETWATERS - SAMBURU
10.00 hours: After breakfast at Sweetwaters with its Breathtaking
view and of Mt. Kenya we continue to Samburu for lunch at the
Larsen's Luxury Tented Camp. Afternoon game viewing in this
northern wildlife reserve. Dinner and overnight at the tented
camp.
DAY
6: SAMBURU (LARSENS)
06.30 hours: A pre-breakfast game drive.09.00 hours: After
breakfast proceed on another game drive to flast out those species
that are peculiar to this northern game sanctuary such as the
graceful gerenuk (antelope giraffe), Grevy's zebra, Beisa's oryx,
reticulated giraffe and other plains game.
DAY
7: SAMBURU - BARINGO
08.00hours: Depart Samburu after breakfast and drive down the
Great Rift Valley to Lake Baringo for lunch. The afternoon
is spent boating or bird watching before dinner and overnight
at the Island Luxury Camp which is situated on an island in the
lake.
DAY
8: BARINGO - MAASAI MARA
08.00 hours: Early drive south through the Lake Bogoria hot
springs to Lake Naivasha for lunch. After lunch drive to
Maasai Mara arriving in time to do a game drive before dinner
and overnight at Sarova Mara Tented Camp.
DAY
9: MAASAI MARA
This is spent viewing game in this famed wildlife sanctuary.
Among the animals we expect to see one elephants, lions, cheetah,
leopards, rhino, buffalo, a variety of antelopes, hyena, jackals,
hippo, crocodiles, etc. Lunch is taken at the Luxury Tented
Camp and dinner and overnight at Sarova Mara. (Option for
Hot Air Ballooning available on this day at extra cost).
DAY
10: MAASAI MARA - NAIROBI
06.30 hours: A pre-breakfast game drive then breakfast and
departure from the Mara for Nairobi arriving in the city in the
mid afternoon. Afternoon is spent and after dinner at the
Carnivore restaurant leave for your flight back home.
